Southwest version of winter

Half the UK has stopped functioning! Up to a foot of snow has fallen, causing airports, schools and roads to be closed, cars to crash, train services to be disrupted, and much more of these things. And here in Plymouth? After days of snow-news from the northeast of the country, and from Scotland, we now have our own millimetre of snow here in the mild southwest! Maybe even two millimetres!
